Byjus - Cancel my subscription complaint number

I feel like I am cheated.
For the past * month same thing happened. I mailed/call, your reply is always same, will call you in **hours (No dedicated person). Sometimes I received call sometime not. Whenever i got a call, I have to repeat everything from scratch.
I explained my problems to *-* mentor/representatives, everyone says that we are understanding your problems and forwarding it to the cancelation team, but what has happened so far i dont know anything about it.
I am fed up with your stupid system. You guys are doing nothing but harassing me.
I think you are thinking that if you manipulate the customer again and again then he will get fed up & automatically stop following and also leave his money but i won't do that i want my money back ASAP.
