Amazon India - Cancel my order without informing me and not yet make my refund still ask me to wait for refund

I email all my issues With Amazon but they not give me positive response Also They Not Inform Me about my parvel cannot be deleivered.I place a order on ** th october on Amazon,On **th oct i see Many Of my items in the order not yet dispatch also Then I email To Amazon custmor service If You Dont Have Any Item from my order then They Can cancel and make my Refund But They email me i will get all products by **th oct.On **th i check Then I see My All Products retun back,After That i call custmor care they said we not sure about why returned may be items damage but not sure Then i said ok its already retuned then u make my refund But amazone said we cannot make refund till all products reach our warehouse,I told them its not my fault so they will make immidiate refund so i can buy again But They said cannot must wait Till Items reach warehouse,My isue is i pay all in advance if cancel u make immidiate refund coz its not mu fault now today is **th oct but still bot make my refund
