Byjus - Cancel loan amount

The Byjus people are fraud first I buy a course after *-* days my father lost his job and I realized we are not capable to adhere or pay loan emi I asked my counselor that my father lost his job kindly cancel my loan amount she said okay , she make me to believe in her , I believed that emi will get cancelled she said to attend ** day classes I did same but suddenly I got text for EMI installment , I shocked and tried to connect with her , she lied to me after making ** times calls , sms she did not responded even she got my number blacklisted now from her I have no response , so I tried to on helpline o BYjus she said to send mail on cancellation@byjus.com, see nothing happed then they called me said to pay first your emi then we will cancel , I mean I do not have that much amount I have already paid you **** now please cancel I begged them no one there to hear you so I have mailed them no response Now I decided to whatever will happen I will not let them make other people fool I decided to file complaint and I want refund money the harassment I used to in order to receive compensation , All the people at Byjus are heartless , the main thing she lied and then I called on helpline they said there is no cancellation mam \ , please help me to get my amount back and my loan cancel
