Ooty to Coimbatore cab-NC************* was scheduled on ** Oct **** at **.**pm.
Make my trip cancelled the trip at *.**pm
They are so Unprofessional that you didn't had courtesy to call me & inform the same.
Then I had to call at *.**pm & Harshada so called travel specialist was on the line.
This lady was very casual, unconcerned, mechanical without any feelings as far as the cab cancellation is concerned.
She had forgotten that she is representing make my trip, putting the blame on your cab provider & supply team.
She had also forgotten that she is answerable to me on behalf of make my trip as far as cab cancellation is concerned.
When I said I want to talk to her senior, refused the same.
Height of it is, this arrogant lady disconnected my call.
My plan was to reach Coimbatore by *pm & travel further.
I had to take lots of efforts to arrange cab from Ooty,
*nd Oct long weekend, public holiday & cab just not available. Inspite of that I could arrange a cab by paying almost double charges & reached Coimbatore late night, which disturbed my schedule. I had to stay in hotel & take morning flight
So I demand you to pay *****/- cab charges & compensation of *****/- for agony & distress myself & my family has gone through, also for hotel stay & air ticket at the earliest.
