MOORTHI M filed complaint against Byjus on Apr 9, 2021
BYJUS Team forced me to join in Byjus learning by giving false statement and after admission, I realised that they fooled me, then I tried to cancel the course immediately but I could not reach the Byjus team for more than a month because they refused to attend my phone calls deliberately. After many mail escalation & discussions in the past * months finally, they agreed for cancellation and refund, then they asked to return the Byjus product to the Bangalore office & bank account detail by mail, then I have returned the product by Courier & the same delivered to their office as per Byjus request. After getting the returned product now Byjus team is Refusing to refund. I am spending more time with byjus team in the last * months getting proper support & refund but waste of time and money. I am totally upset with Byjus team, with no proper support and response & keep dragging the issues deliberately without action. I am suffered a lot mentally and financially. I need support to refund my money and stop debiting EMI from my account.
Byjus closed my last complaint with VOXYA without proper action.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
