I got a call from byjus member imran iqbal TNL ******** on **st March,he asked me to join the gate Course,I asked him how much money for this class and He said the money for this class,The course fees are very high so I told him my mother not to pay this much amount because she is a coolie worker,she earn monthly **** to **** only and I don't have father he is passed away in **** so I can't pay and also I told him that my mother is not at home,So I told him that
I will ask my mother after coming home then I will call you.But he said that it is not a problem, just pay the money for intial registration process now,later You will ask your mom after comes to home ,If she is not accept then we will cancel the class in just ** days .So I am doing intial payment *** because I am watching the free videos in your Byjus app.I am preparing for tnpsc AE exam so I have watched gate free class videos but it's time period is closed .I thought if I pay *** the free class will open. but after doing the payment free class are not opened and In gate course also u are provided Only maths class .Maths Is doesn't need to me.So I have decided to cancel the class.So I immediately called the people who called me but that he told that for cancellation you will pay **** then only cancel the class. I am shocked because during the initial registration he doesn't tell about the details for cancellation. during the intial registration time I don't know to pay **** for cancellation Process.If he tell the Clear details about the cancelation Process to me surely I don't do that intial payment.We are not a comfortable family to pay ****. I have told that I can't pay because I have only my mother , After two days he is calling back and He said that I have paid **** for you so you can link your bank account only then our payment will come back.I said I can't link the bank account why you pay.He said that the money will come back in ** days so don't worry please complete the registration for that class.So I am Completing the video verification.But the class was not canceled after ** days.April End came but class was not cancelled.I am Call back to my counselor but he simply say that don't worry I will definitely cancel the course but He doesn't cancel the Course.May month are came So You are taking the Emi Amount for may month plus late charges are taken(****+***) from bank account.That amount is my mother pension Amount.He is Cheating To me for link the bank account and taking Emi .I have speak to customer care more than ** calls.They are Saying Only we are Arrange the Call back But No Call Received from may .In may ** one call is recieved from Cancellation team but i can't able to speak in English so I have requested to arrange the call back in tamil but they are not arranging the call back to me.Now June Month Are Came.i got more call for payment but no call got from Cancellation team.You are cheating to me And Link The bank Account by the way of cheating now taking The amount by cheating .it is the way you are treating the student .My counselor Not responding to me and Cancellation team also not responding so I have decided to file the case because He is doing the payment by the backend and cheating to me for link the bank account
