Byjus - BYJUS not responding to refund request

I did registration of my * year old son with Byju in last month on **th oct. During registration we been told that we will receive everything within ** working days on my London address but nothing worked like that. I paid all the course fee of ****** Rs on registration day for * Academic years. On **rd nov device and material delivered to my relative address in India. Since couple of weeks I am chasing with Byju sales team, Grievance team, support team, cancellation team over the email but no one is responding to cancellation and refund request. I also called BYJU support team no of times but every time i have been told someone will contact me within ** hours but no one contacted. My wife is pregnant and my family is under stress because of all these issues. We can't focus on our work and health as well because of this stress.
