December **** continuesly mentor called from byjus to buy a course for my son who is studying in *nd standard. When I committed told that person if that course is not interested by my son then will cancel the course.at the time mentor told that byjus course is very interested you don't ask to cancel it.
Irst I paid rs. **** after that tab and books received.tab only used about ten days. After that my son is not interested to use the tab. In the meantime one emi also deducted rs.****.after that I asked my child if you are using or cancel it.my child told that cancel it.
Then I informed through phone many time they are not accepting. Then email message also given on **.*.**** to support @byjus.com till now the had not replied. Account team threading to pay the amount. Mentor is telling to talk to your child.
He is small boy they are talk ing non stop even one hour also. I didn't accepted to talk to my child.
Now I request you to cancel the course and take back the materials. Further I will not pay any amount. already paid RS.****
So kindly do the needful for me.
