Dear Sir, we have availed for free counselling class in BYJUS for my child on **/**/**** and Ms. Yellapu thanuja from BYJUS has taken an audio - video class. It was a demo class on zoom.. after counselling she asked for us to pay Rs. ****/- ( she told amount is refundable if not interested)for booking a seat to avail the discount as it was a limited period offer ,the same day we paid advance amount after getting convinced by the trial class “one to one live streaming”.. she insisted to give our credit card details to proceed further on no cost EMI payments.. she lured us with discounts available and used all her marketing tactics to convince us to make the payment..as we wanted time to decide whether to join or not we didn't pay whole amount.. she also showed us how people are making full one time payments with screen shot,she assured that Byjus will refund money at any time if we decide to not join. After payment no acknowledgement was given neither we got payment receipt from Byjus. Soon we mentioned our disinterest and asked for refund they told account department handles the money related problems..she has raised a query to her manager and the refund will be done in * days.. it's been ** days now no one is taking our call. I requested her to refund my money. Several times I have messaged her but no response from their end even they have not initiated any refund as said above. Sir, Please help in getting back our hard earned money.
