Byjus - BYJUS is not refunding the money

We have opted the BYJUS program for my kid, for * years with assurance of cancellation if don't like the program. The turnaround time is * weeks to convey our decision. Within one week itself, we did not like the program and their support for the kid. So, we raised the cancellation request (request id: ********) with their support team. From then we have been following up, they don't properly respond and negligence in answering our request. They just say we will get back to you. They don't respond to the email. It is almost * weeks; they don't move to the next step in the process. I would request to help in this regard.
