The byjjus executive came our home in may last week we told them in june we are going for hai ** days trip from.** june to ** of june **** so kindly start the ** day trial class after ** of june . We also confirmed them that our first installment will be fall on * of july if we are not satisfy with byjus can our amount refund he told us dont worry sir including *st installment whole amount will be refund . But now byjus denying to refund our amount and avans finance company forcing us to pay the money not a single class has been attend by our son. Kindly help us sir
