Byjus - ByJus is not providing Tablet nor able to cancel the new our subscription

I have recently purchased new Byjus subscription on **th May **** for my son and I was offered Tablet alognwith ByJus programme for Rs *****/- for * years (**th to **th) package.
To my surprise, I received only SD cards but not the tablet and when we asked to customer care they said Tablet is not included in this package price.
From that point, I am trying to chase Byjus sale counseller who had made this offer but she is not reachable on phone or email.
To my bad, I don't have email evidence of Tablet being included in offer, but I am pretty sure Counseller had offered us same over phone.
The most disappointing part is that the counseller had been very proactive and aggressive to close the offer but she is not approachable at all when it comes to resolve such conflict
