We have purchased Byjus product while purchasing we were assured we can cancel the order within **days, when we call them to cancel their product they took * month to cancel it and then after * days we received a msg regarding maintaining minimum balance for the first EMI for the product. after we call them they simply refused and say our first EMI will be deducted. We are helpless they are just fooling people all over India. Byjus people are modern day dacoit's. We have searched on Google about Complaints against Byjus we came across so many people just begging in front of them for refund, cancellation, about their services. They are just looting people in the name of education
