Byjus - Byju s Subscription cancelled Refund not processes

I was contacted by Byju's salesperson Manoj to explain about their learning materials. After the session, we asked for a day to decide on whether to opt for the course or not. But this person was saying that the discounted price won't be applied and lured us to take the subscription for Rs.***** and promised that we can cancel the subscription within ** days. We went ahead with the EMI option and this person confirmed that loan amount won't be deducted if we cancel the subscription. The next day we decided to cancel the subscription and duly raised cancellation request ********. Despite me raising the cancellation request and asking Byju's team repeatedly not to send any of their learning materials, they kept sending their learning materials. Their so called mentor was trying to push us to opt for the subscription repeatedly despite me telling her that I'm not interested. Finally, they agreed to cancel their subscription and asked me to return their learning materials which was done from my side through Blue dart. However, after receiving the documents they are saying they cannot refund my courier amount of Rs.**** as it is not within their limit. Nowhere I was told there is a limit for their courier cost all along. On top of this, I asked Byju's to transfer the amount of Rs.***** to my bank loan account that I opted so that it can be foreclosed. However, they are saying there is not option to do so and they are asking me to pay the EMI for * months and then foreclose my loan. Also, they are saying **,*** is the amount and the remaining is the interest I opted for. Initially, when I opted for the loan EMI option I was told **,*** is the amount with *% EMI. Now they are saying something different. All along these people were cheating on me and trying to lure us into taking their subscription whether we like it or not. These people are big time scamsters who feed off on unsuspecting parents hopes and are making money. I want my subscription amount of **,*** reimbursed to the bank directly and courier amount of Rs.**** reimbursed to me.
