Dear Sir/Madam,
I have purchased Byjus online learning program through online counseling from Byjus verified employee Mr. Nikhil Raj (Employee No: TNL********; Mobile No: **********). Payment was done on * Nov-** (**,***.** via UPI: BYJUS******************* & **,***.** Vis Credit card- ref ID- BPTM*********). During counseling, Nikhil Raj has conform multiple time for full refund policies within ** days of delivery of tablet i.e. trial period. He also conform that the **,***.** INR via credit card will be blocked by Byjus during trial period. If, student does not want to continue the program, Byjus will open the limit of the credit card for **,*** INR & will refund **,*** INR which I have paid via UPI. Byjus will collect tablet & other accessories from me. I have recorded my conversation with Nikhil, what I have described above, regarding to full refund & Credit card limit block for **,*** during trial period.
On *th Nov-**, I have received welcome call from ********** i.e. byjus information center. She also conform for ** day trial period policy and refund of **,*** if cancellation request raised within ** days of delivery of tablet. I have call recording of this conversation also.
I have received the tablet on **th Nov-**** via blue dart ( AWB# *********** - Attached details).
We are not satisfied with service & I have raised cancellation request on ** Nov **** i.e. within ** days to cancellation & support email ID which are provided. Ticket with #******* is generated & send to me via email from byjus on same day i.e. ** Nov. As, I have not any information for refund, I have again email on **-Dec-**** to concern department with my bank details to refund **,***.** INR. I have multiple email & customer care communication regarding to refund & return of tablet. On ** Dec-**, byjus bank had refunded me * INR to conform my bank account detail. I have also attached statement for the same. There is no positive response from byjus support team for remaining refund.
Finally, I have emailed byju grievance department related to my refund issue by email on ** Dec-** with attachment of call recording to prove my concern. They conform the audio recording and give me surety to take action against such false information given by counselor during selling product. After that I have emailed again on *st, *rd, *th, **th, **th Jan & **st Feb-**. It is around ** days to my cancellation email, still I have not received any refund i.e. **,*** INR.
Byju's counselors are trapping customer by giving false information during selling. They are selling product online through payment link so customers are not understanding their polices & trapped. Not Only I, they have cheated lots of parents and the business is still going on. I request you for strong enquiry against it & make policies to prevent parents to be traped. I have attached related documents & call recording for your information & further action.
