SAF filed complaint against Byjus on Dec 4, 2020
It's been a month since I have applied for the position of Business Development Associate in Byjus.
Karishma Bidla, was my interviewer today and I must say to my utter disappointment she was the most rude HR I had ever encountered. She doesn't have the soft skills to speak with a person. The main issue arose when she constantly nagged me for choosing sales as my option.
But she denied my answer multiple times and demotivated me telling that I lacked the zeal and was too boring to work as a Salesperson.
I ask Byjus is this how a person is being ragged in an interview. I have never seen an interview where candidates are demotivated.
I could clearly see the anger on her face, she doesn't have *% patience to listen to me, all she wants is that she should be in the company and no one else to be appointed.
Am not here to complain, just pointing out that due to such kind of recruiters the company is losing highly motivated candidates like me.

There was no smile or friendliness in the way she spoke while me even when she tried to demotivate me, I remained calm and replied to all of her answers with a smile.
Writing this email to address the issue on how Karishma Bidla is
Byjus will soon lose motivated candidates like me just because of bad HR recruiters like Karishma Bidla.
In the end, I asked her as to why she chose the position she is working and she couldn't answer my question and instead said why am I asking her question to which again I politely said it isn't question I just want to know your opinion.
Sir/madam when am being so polite, understanding why can't she be a nice Hr person.
Waiting for action to be taken against her rude behavior and that such HR stop bright candidates from entering the company. Such people create "Company Nepotism".
Kindly recruit genuine Human Resource people who suit the job position.
