Byjus - Byju s not returning their product tablet

Byju's not returning their product (tablet) and not returning my money after * months of complain. Their product is not useful for my child and their behaviour is so arrogant. They do not reply in email and call back after *-* days of several call. Their customer care cannot be reached directly and they have only one way line. Byju is total fraud company they make tall promises before sale of product but it is all useless and waste of money (non returnable). They promise that you can return the product and get full refund if you find it is not useful but after sale, they will harass so much that customer forget about their money and think that it is lost.
