Respected Sir,
With due respect I beg to state that I had taken Byjus subscription at Rs.**** on **-**-** and the educational supporting materials reached my home through courier on **-**-**. As per the terms and conditions I write a mail to cancellations@byjus.com that i want to cancel my subscription and refund due to some personal problem. But they call me and asked to reduce the charges but i said i have some problem please cancel it. but not listening they simply talking and reducing price will give you ** month no cost emi etc not cancelling my subscription, past * week every day i was talk with byjus persons but till not get any updates.
I would request you to please help me for refund my Rs**** and stop my subscription from byjus.
