I have booked bus tickets from GOIBIBO app and due to some emergency i ave to cancel the tickets. GOIBIBO is saying that the operator is not allowing for any refund. When i booked the ticekt there was no such policy bu all of the suddeen once the tickets are booked and whne cacelling they are saying that you will not get refund since you accepted the policy. then after GOIBIBO is not allowing me to call their customer care. the details of tickets are as below
