*) As you Redbus claimed, driver and vehicle details will be given *-** hrs before the journey starts - I did not receive any of them.
*) There was * hours of delay in reaching the bus to the source. The bus reached at * PM instead of *:** PM.
*) Driver changed in mid of the journey.
*) Major Concern - Very rash driving by the driver, he was not listening to us. Our lives were at risk all the time.
*) There were no proper Covid-** instructions followed. The bus wasn't sanitized, staff did not wear a mask.
*) I paid **** as an Interstate tax but, Redbus/Operator charged me **** rs for that.
*) I reached out to Redbus customer service for raising a complaint but, no response from your team.
*) * seats in the bus weren't locked properly. Which created problems during the journey.
*) Bus operator charged me for an extra ***+ km.
