on ** Feb **** one incidence happens with my wife ,we reach on bus stop at **:**pm,**:** was boarding time at my stop.but red bus tracker shows the delay of ** mins.i tried to check with bus operator number but no one pick up my call. I was not there for stop for *min due to my daughter omitted and we went for shop to bring water.I have not received even single call from redbus or Kondusker travel to get confirmation about my travel.I need a refund for this. This is a very frustrating experience during this travel. We were there till**.** at the bus stop. and no update that the bus was left us early.
