I have been reserved a ticket to travel from bangalore to coimbatore on May *nd *.**AM. Reached the boarding point by *.** AM and made call to bus operator SAM TOURIST about confirmation on boarding point, no one has answered. I waited till * AM without any response hopelessly and blindly. Whenever a SAM TOURIST running behind the bus and checkin whether it is my travel or what. Then I made the call to redbus consumer support the asked me to wait until another **mins (till *.**AM). No bus has shown up. Then I connected again with consumer support they asked me to take alternate travel and confirmed with refund. but at the end of the day the redbus android application showing like i completed the travel. From then I have been reaching redbus consumer support, they are asking me to wait for another ** hours apart from that there is no response from their team. Totally frustrating.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
