I was at boarding point wherein till waiting for * hours bus had not arrived . Bus did not come there. I also called redbus at that time to get bus contact no. I contacted bus too telling about bus cancellation for not reaching boarding
Either bus was cancelled or did not arrive at boarding point due to which I had to wait and take another bus.
Redbus can also verify from this that I had not travelled with them that day as an inconvenience caused of bus not reaching at boarding point, I need my ticket Money refund asap. of Rs. ****.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
