I would like to bring it your notice about my recent issue which I faced with redbus bus booking. I had booked my travel.from vijayawada to chennai on *th October at *pm with Jerusalem travels [booking ID#TTB*********] and amount paid was Rs.****.**
I was waiting in the boarding point - Benz circle for more than * to * hours but the bus didn't arrive at boarding point and we couldn't not reach the bus driver or operator on the phone number shared. Contacted customer support person multiple times from boarding point they were also unable to reach the bus operator and neither received any information on the bus including live tracking. After waited for so long hours as advised by red bus customer service representative booked my bus again at *.** pm with YBM travels through red bus itself by myself..
I was seriously frustrated because of this and my kid was also fell ill as she was standing in the boarding point for long time. Please take this concern seriously on the bus operator and take necessary action also request to take action on red bus app to refund my amount which I paid as soon as possible.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
