I reached the departure point well on time but didn't found the bus there. The bus didn't showed up and the contact number of the bus operator provided by RedBus was not picking up the call. As a result I couldn't find and board the bus. My money was simply wasted. I requested atleast the refund from RedBus but they are not agreeing to return my money back.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
