I booked a ticket in Zingbus through Redbus. My bus Boarding time was at **:**AM from the boarding point but no bus came at the boarding point. It has crossed **:**AM, no contact has been shared with me and No one is picking zingbus helping no. Now I want my refund and cancel the ticket, that is also not getting allowed when I talked with the Redbus helpline no.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
