Redbus - Bus departure 30 minutes before the departure time without notification

I have booked a bus ticket via RedBus from Karaikudi (Tamilnadu) to Silk Board(Bangalore) on * October ****. The bus timings are from **:**AM to *:** AM. I have booked my seat in Rithish Travels A/C Sleeper. The bus left ** minutes prior to the departure time .Neither RedBus or Bus Operator has informed me on the change of timings. I have logged a complaint with redbus . And Mr Sagar was attending my complaint. But they have not resolved the issue and are stating that the Operator is not agreeing to refund the money. My Ticket number is TSAU********
