Extremely disappointed with redBus service!
My bus from Dharmapuri to Salem (Ticket No. TU*X********, PNR: ******) scheduled for *:** PM today with KBS Luxury Bus is still stuck in Bangalore – more than an hour delay and no proper update!
I spoke to your support agent Dev, and his response was completely unhelpful and rude. This is NOT the kind of service we expect after paying for a confirmed ticket. I was left stranded at the boarding point with no option but to book another ticket last minute.
I demand a full refund immediately. This is unacceptable.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
