Aryaveer Chauhan filed complaint against RedBus on Mar 17, 2025
Booked Redbus from ujjain to ahmedabad DOJ **.**.****, *.**pm. On continuous follow up in call since morning (more than ** times) they haven't picked up the call. Approx *.**hrs before bus time they picked up phone and told bus will come on time. Later bus haven't come and they didn't respond to the call. Then after I called redbus customer care and file complaint against them. They esured me to give refund with compensation on call but haven't received any detail till now.
We were * passengers and both committed to reach at work place on time on Monday but we proven wrong to our reporting managers & clients. It feels very embarrassing when you drop message to client that you are unable to come for preplanned important assignment.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
