I did booked ticket with redbus from ahmedabad to anjar on **th March to travel by Volvo bus,
i got call from bus operator Patel tours the Volvo bus has been canceled, then i called to redbus customer care number and ask them for refund CCE raise service request and Verbally Promise to refund full amount because of bus canceled by operator Patel tours and travels.
almost ** days passed nothing happen from redbus side, i've been following and calling them from last ** days not single penny got refund .
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
