I unfortunately booked in redbus on ** nov **** hyd to goa kaleshwari travel from redbus the bus broke down stranded in middle of the road in some village in karnataka , was stuck there for more the * hrs . As operator gave no response i arranged alternative and left that unsafe area . My complaint number with redbus is - ******** and my redbus ticket number is TPCQ******** , they are not providing any refund even when my trip was insured no support for any one there is no call centre i tried calling they are not connecting even after hour of waiting .now they are not atall concerned abt refund my hotel bookings in goa hot waste my day got wasted
