Amazon India - breach of trust cheating and fraud

I purchased several plants and seeds from Amazon India including other articles. I have been totally cheated on the plants and seeds. The seeds are ** % duds even after planting them methodically and waiting. Some like tomatoes sprouted but I dont know if they are the same variety as promised. Some papayas also sprouted but I dont know if they are the same variety. Some plants were poisoned as confirmed by them !! Several other promised refunds were never made to my account pskris****@gmail.com. Several reminders from me only got me rude replies. They stated in one of their emails that they chose to cheat only me and this is not done with other customers. Now I have to approach the court and waste their time. I even begged for a replacement and it was not done. And I cant trust them anymore so I want a total refund for all the harassment for plants and seeds which I complained about. They have my records and they think they are all above the law because some powerfull hands seem to be behind this cheating. Please help. Meanwhile I shall gather my consumer court petition. Look this plant business runs on honesty. We cannot figure out on delivery that the plant will be of that type even in the case of seeds.
Your help will be appreciated. None of us have completed a bachelors or masters in botany or agriculture to be experts in this field. So it is totally dependent on honesty. I tried attaching files but your website is not accepting .docx format files.
