I have enrolled Online course of Akash_Byjus for live class for my Daughter Miss Nivedita Biswas for class X, XI & XII in Science stream in CBSC course for ** subject Maths, Science, English & SST. The enrollment was done on *th April'**. After Enrollment
once the registered ph no is changed from My no to my wife no. due to my job constrain, my daughter is unble to login through new registered ph no. of my wife. This is happening more than ** days .
secondly, Even though, my daughter was enrolled for ** subjects, but teaching is giving on ** subject till date.
Several Complaints were raised in the Customer Support System , but no action is taken so, far.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
