Cleartrip - Booking Refund

My Trip ID: ************ with cleartrip was cancelled by the Airline due to operational reasons and confirmed for full cash refund on **th March'**. It's close to ** days now and no refund received despite several follow-up with Cleartrip. To add to that since the booking was done using the credit shell plus credit , despite the refund done by the airline in cash, Cleartrip is refunding the amount in credit shell format again though no refund has been received for the difference amount yet to my credit card. Teh refund department claims to have initiated for the same on **th March'** but no result yet.
