I have booked one ticket from Kakinada to Hyderabad on ** th aug and app said this seat is not Available so I booked another seat in the thought of like they will refund. But after some time both tickets have confirmed..then I called to the service team they said surely we'll give refund sir we are filing complaint.You will get mail with in** hrs but almost month has happened but I couldn't get single mail from redBus regarding refund I had communicated with service team but they all are liers...they have only one sentence like we'll refund with in ** hrs only...but not it's happened..I exhausted..
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
