Make my trip - Booking cancelled without permission and extra amount charged

I booked round trip flight tickets from Delhi-Madurai using MakeMyTrip App. Paid Rs ***** for the flight tickets. After that I changed the date of flight and paid Rs.**** extra that. When i tried to cancel the ticket on app, the amount paid was showing me Rs.*****, so i contacted make my trip regarding that and they just cancelled my ticket without my approval and refunded me just Rs.*****. First they don't even took my approval before cancelling the ticket and also the refund charges were suppose to be *K and they have deducted *K.
