Hyundai Motor India Limited - Booked Car not delivered on time

I booked new Hyundai i** n car during the pre-launch period on **th Oct **** by paying Rs.*****/- from the Hyundai click to buy platform.
I am in regular contact with car dealer Sujaya Hyundai, Nanded executive. They are saying every time car will be delivered next week , in ** days, next months like this.
Now almost three months over there is no update on the booking status.
If I ask them to repay the amount they say they can't refund all the amount.
I am complaining to Hyundai customer care but they are also not helping on why it is taking more time. They have already delivered more than ***** cars but why not mine.
Either they should deliver the car on time or refund all the money.
