Pharmeasy - Blood sample taken but not sampled

They took my blood sample and then didn’t test it because the payment didn't reflect in their servers. Then, instead of waiting for ** hours, they threw away my blood and said there won't be a report. I was left with bruises and no blood report when the testing was specifically for pcod blood testing.
