Ordered continental GT - Dr. Mayhem bike, at Royal Enfield showroom - Sri Velavan motors, Arcot road, during February - ****. Paid a advance of **,*** rupees at the time of booking. Waited till August regularly with the showroom for the delivery of bike. Even got a mail from Royal Enfield during July, that the delivery has been delayed due to Pandemic. So after the showroom assured that the bike will be delivered shortly, then I paid a amount of **,***. Then on September they informed me that the model has been stopped and I have to choose a different model or can get the refund. Clearly informed that I need the same model as they assured it and I waited more than * months for that and then it could not be cancelled. Tried to contact their support for a month and then after drafting a huge mail, got a response from the regional manager but still got the same answer. Either I want the model or a compensation for the waiting time I went through due to your wrong promise.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
