BigBasket-Deactivated my account without prior alert or notification and not returning back around Rs **** which is still there in my Bigbasket wallet- I would consider this high level of fraudulant practice on BigBasket behalf, we only and always raise complaint only for bad/damage items received with Bigbasket order and that time they were agreed to refund the money [that too when we asked for replacement they did refund many times , is it customer fault then?] and now unncessarily they are blaming customer to misuse their policy , this is highly unacceptable, we will go at any level to solve this issue -will reach out central ministry to look into such matters
