I have ordered items from BigBasket. I tried making the repayment through UPI. But it got failed. But the amount got deducted. So I have made the payment through another mode believing that they are going to refund the money. But they didn't. The same thing happened again on **/**/**** when I made the payment through credit card. The customer care is not so supportive on this too,
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
