When we order things why Bigbasket is sending items without packing?.
Remember we are in Covid risk situation. All items need to be packed in a ingle bag and handover. Why bigbasket is sending all items individually?. The delivery person need to touch each item and handover.
Big basket be careful and follow safety.
This is very bad. The company need to adapt procedures according to the public safety. We understand you dont want to use plastic. Then in this case you can pack all items in paper bag and handover. Why you are putting people into risk?
If precautions are not taken we need to take complain to higher authorities
