I bought a spectacles from Lenskart Rohini Sector *. The staff specified that sharing mobile number is mandatory for billing - this is completely unacceptable.... I do not wish to share my personal details and with tactics like these, we end up being hostage in the hands of these hostile startups who haunt us with SPAM calls and messages at a daunting frequency!!!
Moreover when I denied sharing my number, the staff made it clear to humiliate me infront of the other customers. Since I urgently need the spectacles for my son, I was forced to share my number without my wish in the front place. This is typical harassment!
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
