Goibibo India Private Limited - Balance money not refunded

I booked a car from Bangalore to Ooty for a round trip on **st Feb ****. I paid ***% amount online, still, the driver asked me to pay for diesel as his employer has not paid any money to him. I talked to the employer and he requested me to pay the diesel cost and he will pay back later. After the trip, I have asked for the refund. The driver as well as car employer is not answering my calls and not paying my balance. Tried contacting Goibibo support, they are not picking calls. In fact, there is no customer care number for Goibibo. Please help. I paid **** rs for diesel refill and expecting the balance amount of **** rs back.
