I contacted videocon d*h customer care for the installation of d*h and they sent an service man to install it and they even charged me rs *** as cash and later that day my service got stopped and when I checked the reason they told that my balance *** rs was deducted as relocation installation fee. I was shell shocked and even raised a complaint but it was not resolved for more than * days now and they are avoiding my calls as they mention that it complaint has been escalated and still in open. This is the only message they have been giving me. And due to it now I'm mentally and physically exhausted due to this issues. I don't know what to do now.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
