Easemytrip - Baggage Not included in the ticket

I have booked my Ticket for me and my family on ** Jan **** from Brussel to Mumbai and return for July/Aug from Easemytrip.com. My booking ID is EMT********* and the flight is operated by British Airways. While booking it showed a * Checkin baggage is included and same is showing in the ticket confirmation which I received from Easemytrip.com. However, when I go to British Airways (BA) site to check my bookings, it shows zero checking baggage. I am following with their customer care for last two months and following with them every week but there is no progress and they are just saying they are following with BA. I dont see any progress in this case from Easemytrip.com
