Urban Company - Bad Service and No Refund

Request was to repair the washing machine where drum wasnt rolling. The technician visited and said its motor issue and needs replacement, additionally better to replace drum supporters or whatever it gets called and charged whooping *.*k + taxes for the service. Within * days there was heavy burning smell and loud noise from new motor. Technician revisited and again did some fixes, following to which the central rolling drum is unbalanced along with louder motor noise and burning smell. After ** days continuous followup, finally called local vendor and got it fixed within an hour. Urban Company neither was able to fix the issue nor provided support for the matter and also denying to refund the money. The local vendor charged another *k towards fixing. The money paid to Urban Company was wasted and are not ready to refund.
