Hi i have booked ticket from banglore to hyderabad on **th, the quality of the bus is pathetic, not provided blanket and asking me to share with other passenger blanket, AC is not working, bus smell was very bad and bus team also very rude asking me get out of the bus if iam not willing to travel. Total ** members had the same issue. Bus show in app is much different from original bus no travels logo and bus looks like local bus and condition of the bus is very poor finally he dropped all passengers in Gachibowli outer ring road as he is out of time to get into city.
