Make my trip - Bad behavior lack of response

Absolute lack of transparency while dealing. Booked an international holiday through make my trip. Absolutely no clarity & transparency. My package was supposed to be inclusive of Visa fee. But to my surprise visa fee was not a part of the package which I got to know after making the initial payment. The travel coordinator is absolutely rude & claims that there are some software problems in their app & that's why app says visa fee included but in reality it's not. Another problem : my package included island tours. The names of the islands are not given inspite of repeat reminders. After a lot of follow am asked to Google the islands. When I refused for that I was given the island names. Again these islands are not what I was looking for. And now when am asking to replace couple of islands, the travel coordinator is again behaving rudely. She is infact screaming & yelling on me & my wife over the phone. Thenninhad to make an official complaint by calling the toll free number of make my trip. I haven't got any response from them too. I was promised a phone call which I haven't received yet. My trip is due in the next few days & this is my fate.
