*rd of Aug I booked hotel * rooms for Poorv location. When I reached that place & hotel around **.** pm no one was available to contact it's like an empty building. The number provided by Oyo was invalid number as per Vodafone and Airtel. I called Oyo after approx * min of waiting call got connected customer care person. After explained complete incident person said we will connect you with a senior assistant after *-** min call dropped. This *-* times at midnight **.-**.** am.
Finally, Oyo said I'll book a new booking in a new hotel but you have to pay again. I said please do that I don't have any other options I am new here and outside so much rain is happening.
Oyo booked a new hotel. I reached their same case no one is available to assist and no one at reception. After ** min struggle, I was able to contact the room boy. After check-in, I got to know Oyo booked room for next day not for today night.
This all was happening at *.** to * am. I want to send them a legal notice for this harassment. Kindly request you to please guide me on this.

I have booked an Oyo room today and made online UPI payment . The transaction was successful, money was deducted from my account but in the Oyo app it still shows payment pending.
